what we do
A Message from circle of arms:
Mending minds changing cycles
We know the importance of a healed mind for inner peace. It’s a process that needs constant adjusting. Once established it’s easier to create a healthy attitude to change unhealthy cycles from the past and be able to live in the present.
You're not alone
Circle of Arms is here to provide you or loved one hope along the mental health journey and will continue rooting you on even when you have to start over.
We are here to help!
We are here to support the mental health community! From our local awareness events, training and outreach programs, we are here to make a difference! If you have any suggestions or would like to join our team please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 210-695-0687
how you can help
This is the Cricle of Arms Journey of promoting awareness for SPC Vanessa Guillen and other soldiers who have had injustices happen to them. We will continue to advocate for military sexual trauma, violence, mental health, and other injustices to our soldiers, veterans, and dependents. Reach out to us if you would like to help us advocate.

Delivery of Essential Food and Hygiene items during COVID
Circle of Arms filled a necessary gap in March when we started to deliver food and hygiene items to veterans, older adults, diabled, and families with no transportation and job impacted by COVID. We’re thankful to our many volunteers that helped make this happen! Making our community stronger.
